Refund policy
For orders placed as per the standard size chart:
- Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +918828296860 within seven days of receiving the order.
- You may ship the piece back to us, or request for a pick up to be arranged for a cost of INR 250/-. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the products while they are in transit for return.
- All items must be in their original condition - unused, unwashed, and free of any odour/scent.
- Items will be checked for quality once we receive them. Rag Doll reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the item fails to pass the quality check.
- Returns will be processed in the form of a store credit or an exchange. No refunds are possible.
For made-to-measure/custom orders:
- Made-to-measure/custom orders are not eligible for any returns, exchanges, or refunds; with the exception of defects on our part.
International orders:
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for International orders. All international sales (countries outside of India) are considered final. All international orders could be subject to taxes and duties as per the country. Please check with your country customs and taxes policy before placing the order. We are not responsible for the payment of any customs or taxes. Returns and Exchanges are not accepted from countries other than India. All International orders are final.
Faulty items:
- In case you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us via WhatsApp with pictures of the defect within 24 hours of receiving the order at: +918828296860
- A pick up will be arranged for you and a return will be processed once the piece is returned to us.
- No claims for faulty items will be processed post the 48-hour time limit.
Store credits:
- Store credits will be valid for six months after the date they are issued and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
- Store credits are not transferrable (i.e. they can only be used by the customer account they are created for).
- Store credits are to be used in one go and cannot be split over multiple orders.
Miscellaneous:
- In our endeavour to minimise waste, all pieces are made to order (including the ones placed under standard sizing). In keeping with this, we only allow one return/exchange will be processed for a particular order.
